Oh, and if you are looking for recipes of dishes from my food related posts, rest assured I won’t post any. This blog is mainly on my experiences cooking, having a blast in the kitchen and also food adventures while eating out.
By the way, I am not a professional photographer. I don’t even own a proper camera. I just love taking pictures of beautiful food and amusing stuff around me. The photos were all taken by my trusty but sometimes doesn’t work like how I want it, iPhone 4. And with a recent acquisition of the latest iPhone 5 and newly downloaded photo apps, my photos now are filtered and better quality, I think. 🙂

Bread-making and working with yeast is something new to me. I have been fascinated, time and again, seeing bread dough rise and proof right before my eyes.
The Barista Wannabe
Just basically me trying to make coffee drinks like those at fancy coffee places which charge an arm and a leg for their brew.
The Occasional Vegan
I am NOT becoming a vegan. I am just trying out some delicious recipes that don’t require meat and meat products. And also to explore what vegans eat. Surprisingly, it’s not all vegetables (or rabbit food, as I always say).
And I want this blog to be something enjoyable for me to do. I will not pressure myself to write one post a day. Nor will I limit myself to just that. If I have ideas to write, let it flow. If not, oh well, I’ll wait when inspiration comes. So if I disappear for days, it’s ok. And if I come charging with a few posts a day, it is perfectly fine as well.
