The Pseudo Artisan Baker : Roti Paun

These are sweet butter buns, a speciality in Terengganu, Malaysia. “Roti Paun” is in Malay, but if you say it with a Terengganu accent, it would be “Roti Paung“. I think I’ve made them a little too big. Bite-sized would be perfect.
These have a butter-sugar filling, but I just made it plain and ate it plain or with a smear of butter. So yummy. So good. And when I ate these, senyum sokmo! (Smile always)
