The Pseudo Artisan Baker : Brioche

Come on, admit it. This looks stunning! Although I’m not entirely satisfied with this. I’m not sure this is a real brioche recipe. My impression of a brioche is that it is an enriched bread with a high content of eggs and butter. This one hardly has any butter. In fact, there’s none! So the smartass in me added some. It tasted ok I guess, but not what I expected. I will be reworking on this.
