The Occasional Vegan : Banana Ice-Cream

Just 2 ingredients : frozen banana and almond milk. Blend and enjoy. I think I put a little too much milk, so the ice-cream turned out a little watery. Still good!

Tip : Freeze ripe bananas individually for a few hours. After they have harden, put them in resealable bags. That way, you can be sure you have frozen bananas for quick smoothies, nice and frothy. Yum!
