Kryptonite

“I really don’t mind what happens now and then
As long as you’ll be my friend at the end
If I go crazy will you still call me Superman?”

-3 Doors Down

I am never quite a fan of Superman or other superheroes. But I really like this song by 3 Doors Down.
And Superman? Please dress decently. Your red underwear should be worn inside, not outside for all to see.

Egg Prata with Fish Curry at Thohirah Restaurant

Prata is an Indian pancake eaten with curries. A basic one is a plain one, but you can add more ingredients to it. Whether you choose an old familiar egg prata or a more contemporary and adventurous cheese and mushroom or even chocolate, what you’ll get is a heavenly taste of Singapore.

Even for a true blue, born and raised here Singaporean, it is always fascinating to watch how the so-called Prata Man, knead and toss the Prata. Heheh Prata Man? Sounds like a new superhero!
Anyway, they toss and stretch the dough probably the same way Italians do when they make pizza.

Prata Man. A typical scene of how Prata is made all over Singapore and Malaysia, but they called it Roti Canai over there.
