It’s A Wrap!

Chicken Ham Wraps

It was only a few months back when I had a lot of time on my hands to try out different recipes. This was made on a rainy day for an after-school lunch. Flour tortillas, with a filling of chicken ham, lettuce, a little bit of mayo and some grated cheddar, and everything got all rolled and cut in half for easy pick-up-and-eat.

This can also be made for a nice chi-chi party, where only finger foods are served and everyone mingles. I never get invited to parties like that. If I do, I have to stop by one of those 24-hour eating places after the party. “Finger foods” is NOT dinner! Same goes for fine dining, those fancy restaurants with tiny, barely seen food on big fine bone china plates.
