So far soy good. The silky smooth texture of Tau Huay (soy bean curds) is what I love. Aficionados will agree that you have to eat this when it is still hot or at least warm. When it gets to room temperature, it is just not the same.
This is basically soft tofu. It is eaten in a bowl and doused in a sugar syrup. And if you are feeling funky, you can add flavorings like almond or add other stuff like ginkgo nuts or red beans.
Preggies will benefit from eating this or any soy products, which are high in protein. And, the baby will have a smooth fair gorgeous skin, so I’m told.
