I don’t know if there are bakeries or cafes in Singapore that sell Tres Leches Cake. But what the hey. I’ll just make it myself.
Like the Red Velvet Cupcakes I made earlier, this was my first time eating it. A cake drenched in a mixture of 3 milks (whole, condensed, evaporated). How can it not be good?
Well, it came out super! And topped it with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. But wait a second, isn’t whipped cream a form of milk? And doesn’t that make it a Quattro Leches Cake? Hmmmm, looks like the whipped cream is not given any credit! Please, give credit when credit is due!
