On the streets

06 Jun

It wasn’t my first time in Indonesia. But it was definitely my first time trying its street food. Prepared and sold from little pushcarts, they have a certain charm not normally found in restaurants and food courts.

Mee Bakso. A noodle soup so flavorful and refreshing.

Bubur Ayam. Chicken Porridge, a hit with the kids. And adults too. đŸ™‚

Beef Satay. Always a favourite. Gossiping over them is a plus! Lol!

Jamu lady selling herbal medicines for all your ailments. I was too chicken to try this. The strong and pungent smell is enough to put me off.

Nasi Timbel at a little cafe at the airport.
