Lemon Barley Water
I was feeling a little under the weather these past few days. All the more reason to make this Lemon Barley Water to soothe a sick soul, not that I need a reason to make it.
So easy to make. Pearl Barley boiled in water with some lemon zest and juice. Then sweetened with rock sugar.
It turned out a little too lemon-y for my liking. Need to learn to go easy on lemons because I always tend to over-juice and over-zest.

I’m ok with lemons. But this one I went overboard. It almost tasted like hot lemonade. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

It simply blows my mind the amount of women that had sex with Kiss. Maybe the ugliest band of all time and yet they cashed in at the booty bank , all the time…good song too;)
